Q: What does the course consist of?
A: The laptop course consists of the following:

Disk 1 - This is the course CD disk which is packed with text, PDF and some videos to give you a good grounding on laptop repair, it also contains various links to suppliers of laptops and components.
Disk 2 - Video DVD - This contains 10 videos of various aspects of laptop repair.
Disk 3 - Service Manuals DVD - This is a DVD containing a large range of the type of service manuals you will use in practice. (This is the disk which most of the copycats will send you claiming it will learn you laptop repair, they sell it cheap on Ebay, and unfortunately people buy it and get very little from it. If you are comparing this to the ones selling for a few pounds, ask the seller what support he/she gives, then make your mind up. I am still supporting people on my forum who bought as far back as October 2003, without further charge.) This is an aid to my course, not the course.
Disk 4 - This is a complimentary copy of the UBCD for Windows disk. This is a resource disk which contains a lot of the software tools you may use in your new business. You can actually download this direct on the internet, but then you have to mount it on a CD, lots of people don't know how to do that, so I have done it for you and supply it as a further aid to your business.
Support Forum - Our forum on the web site has been going for over 5 years now, it is packed with information and members.
